My sister ordered over a $100.00 worth of a flower arrangement for my Mother's Funeral. She chose a very colorful basket, asked and paid extra for a purple bow.
AVAS sent a Christmas arrangement Red flowers and a Green bow to the wrong funeral home! AVAS offered a full refund but only if the flowers were returned. Since the funeral home accepted the flowers they only refunded $30.00.
Thanks for adding to the tragedy of losing our mother, now in addition we have been ROBBED by AVAS. YOU SUCK, I wish nothing but disaster and bankruptcy on your company!!!
