Avasflowers - Wrong address and bad customer service
My wife order flowers to be delivered for her mother's birthday.The order was placed two days in advance.
She was guaranteed delivery bye 330pm. The flowers where never delivered.
So after arguing with a customer service representative over there " no refund" policy for about 45 minutes! He finally reluctantly transfered us to the so called "customer service department supervisor" ( bye the way she was very ignorant...no...more like disrespectfully ghetto!!) Shelley I believed was her name.
She wouldn't provide her last. She continued to "cuss me out" in so many ways on how they would only return our shipping costs. Then hung up on me !
Couple hours later my wife receives a confirmation via email from avas flower shop.
The confirmation confirmed that the flowers was delivered to the wrong address after 330pm and left outside in 16 degree.Still no refound!
