I made a reasonable request when I went to order flowers for Valentines day. I did not request that they be delivered at an exact specific time, that would be unreasonable.
I instead gave them a very reasonable 15 min window between 1:15pm and 1:30pm. That should of given them plenty of leeway and time for minor difficulties like having to stop at a red light.
But no they could not make this simple request, what has happened to customer service these days. I guess they just dont care.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of avasflowers customer care. Avasflowers needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
