Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I sent flowers to my associated who received beautiful flowers on time. However I was sending flowers in appreciation of something I thought my associate did for me.

Turns out this did not actually happen. I called customer service to cancel my order as soon as I found out my associate deceived me. The company informed me that they could not cancel the order because it was already delivered.

This pissed me off, them I said I wanted to return the items and that would not do that either as flowers are a perishable item. What I crock, now I am stuck for a gift I sent to someone who did not deserve it.
