I had flowers ordered that were supposed to be delivered same day. They said they called the recipient over and over (which they didn't) then did not notify me about the issue.
So I called to get my money back and when I asked to speak to the manager I got hung up on. I sent multiple emails and never got a response. Finally the lady said the manager would call me back but he never did.
I'm still waiting to just talk to a manager and it has been 3 days. I would not reccomend this place to anyone!
