Not resolved

I placed an order five days in advance for a Thursday delivery - not during any peak holiday time. All day on Thursday I tried to get the status of the order to no avail.

The customer service rep said that she would get back to me with updated information and she never did. I had told her that if it wasn't delivered on Thursday that I did NOT want it delivered. And I sent an email and left a message on their website. I never received any communication and the flowers were delivered the next day!!

I called there and they pretty much told me that it was tough luck for me. Please don't ever order from them!!!
