Arrangement for Valentines Day.Wrong order came AND the flowers were already wilted, dying.
Called Customer Service 6 times. Got hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to give a refund even after they failed to deliver a replacement 3 weeks later. I have never received such horrible service.
I have to order flowers regularly and decided to try a new place, never again would I use this place.
It was the worst customer service experience I've had in my life.I have been patient and given them time to fix the problem, but each person I deal with gets worse.This company should not be allowed to do business.
