Wrong product delivered 2/26/2013. Spoke to customer service on 2/27 they said replacement would be delivered on 2/28.
Called customer service on 3/1 and after a 45 min. wait I gave our order number and asked the Rep. to tell me what was going on with this order. He said our order was scheduled to be delivered today 3/1.
I informed him this was supposed to be delivered yesterday 2/28. He said it was rescheduled for today because they were out of the product. I asked why we were not contacted to approve the reschedule and he had no answer.
Needless to say I will never order from them again or give a recommendation.
