Got hung up on 3 times with no call backs. Problem was they sent a delivery confirmation when no delivery was ever made. Wife had no flowers on her special day. Asked to cancel but was refused.
Next day arrived a bouquet of crappy flowers, looking worse than the $30 bundles at your local grocery store, after upgrading to a deluxe, what a rip off. Reached out again, just to get offered $20 store credit...ppshh.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor quality and bad customer service" of flowers and associated monetary loss in the amount of $85. Avasflowers needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
