I ordered two bouqets for delivery on Feb 13th and 14th.
1)First the phone rep misspelled my greeting on the card. It read "BAE" instead of "Babe"
2)The first bouquet only had half the number of flowers that I ordered.
3)The callie lilies that did come were brown on the edges and wilted with the petals falling off. These flowers cost $92 and the product was no where near the picture presented on the internet.
4) The bouquet that was delivered on the 14th was worse. The daisy petals had fallen off. The other flowers were wilted.
5) The greeting card had the same misspelling of "Babe".
6) I asked the rep if these flowers were arriving in a box or already arranged. The rep confirmed these flowers were going to be freshly arranged and hand delivered. Needless to say, these came in a box.
These were the worse bouquets I have come across. When I called customer service the phone would just cut off after waiting on line for 10 minutes. Buyers beware.
