Had a delivery of roses today and they were not in a vase as was paid for and some flowers were brown.The remaining roses were wilted.
Nobody answers at customer service-automated, endless on hold with eventual call drop.
The original order shows that a vase was paid for but none was included in the delivery as shown here.
Had to report this to the credit card company for a refund.
The "call back feature" hangs up on you.The automated voice asks for a number to call and then says that a call back is not available at this time.
