My problem is the same as all of the rest. Didn't get what I ordered.
Took the product back to the local florist like their customer policies states to do in order to receive a refund. Received even more bad news there. Local florist stated that this company is horrible. She told them that all she had was pink flowers and could not get the order close.
They told her that's ok go ahead and fill the order. She said that every customer she has delivered to in the Hughes Springs area that used this company has had problems. You cannot get a refund regardless of what the sites policies states. I have been dealing with their company for two hours now.
I have been hung up on three times simply asking for a refund. The local florist even called and told the company that we had returned the flowers. That wasn't good enough. This company gives the term run around a complete new meaning.
What do I need to do next? I will contact the better business bureau Monday.
But what's next? It is obvious this company does not nor intends to stand behind their word.
