I searched Google for a specific florist and was careless enough to pick the wrong link, which got me to Ava's. Their site is very sneaky: it includes some local history to make you think they're local, and it fooled me into thinking I was seeing the site I had searched for.

By the time I realized it, I had already placed my order. I tried to contact them to cancel, but I could not contact anyone. Anyway, the flowers I ordered did not arrive and when I tried to get information about the shipment I could not. I finally followed the directions to call in and waited more than 30 minutes to give my order info to a person.

That was 10 minutes ago.

Still on hold. This is a giant scam.
