The flowers I looked at on their website looked nothing like what was delivered. The delivery person couldn't even make his way to the door for delivery. Had to go outside to receive the flowers. Worst experience ever in ordering flowers! WILL NOT use this service ever again!

Didn't receive flowers yesterday

Still waiting on my flowers I did not receive the flowers I ordered just yet was supposed to arrive yesterday would like to know when I will be receiving the order or otherwise I will have to cancel and get a reimbursement of my money back!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE The flower arrangement I bought on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, to be delivered same day to the funeral home for my grandmother's funeral the casket ornamentation (silk pillow) never arrived. Aside from being heartbroken, I was outraged.I called customer support and was transferred to a specialist only to be left on hold and then hung up on.

I called the number again and went through all of the same questions and answers. I was told that the arrangement I ordered was not available, but that their specialist would create one as close to it as possible and that I would be pleased and that I would receive it today, Wednesday 12/13/2023 first thing.Unfortunately, that did not occur. I called this morning only to be left a voicemail saying that it was closed for the holiday and that I should call again tomorrow. I was on the phone with customer service for about 45 minutes last night (why didn't they know today is a holiday?) This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with ordering flowers for a family member everything's automated so the only chance I had was to talk to the chat box cancel my order I am beyond upset.I won't recommend your company, and I will inform my relatives and friends about my experience ordering pillow adornments for my grandmother.

if you didn't have the merchandise. I don't have the words to verbalize how I feel about this. I should have been informed when I placed the order that it was unavailable. I believe you should retrain your entire customer care crew as well as your flower specialist.

I am praying since I cancelled my order via the chat box because my only option was to leave a voicemail. I genuinely hope that my reimbursement is received in a timely manner.

You guys never deliver my order I placed that order on the 10th to be delivered on the 14th or the 13th and never got there who I am out of money you guys are for me I cant get a hold of anybody is a terrible customer service you cant speak to a human being I tried I tried I tried I tried this is so frustrating dealing with you guys. Its my first time using you and I think it would be my last time using it. I still havent got a refund yet. I am waiting on that. Thank you.

Took forever to get my flowers

They were supposed to arrive on the 17th for a birthday, It's now the 18th with them speaking of "working tirelessly "and "Trying their best "For a same-day delivery company this sure is a pathetic attempt at literally doing that much less delivering on the expected day OR the next day. I placed an order for two separate arrangements, one basket, plants, and one standing spray for a funeral the next morning. I even paid extra for rush delivery, but come the next morning no flowers are delivered. Avis called me about the basket of flowers and just wanted it shipped to another address. I just canceled it. It was supposed to go to the funeral home, but they never called about the stand in Spray. It never got delivered so finally I checked on it to see where it was and it wasnt even on its way. So i called them they want to send a standing spray to the families home the next day , but this isnt the first time its happened several times with his business. Theres no guarantee your flowers will make it where theyre going so I do not recommend it.

Ordered flowers for girlfriend for Valentines Day. The flowers were wilted, brown, and some were taller than the rest of the bouquet. It was an awful looking arrangement, and they didn't deliver the balloon I ordered. Very disappointed! Will never order from here again.

Avas was unable to deliver the arrangement I ordered. They asked if they could substitute it for another arrangement, but could tell me nothing about it. I was very apprehensive but said okay.
