These flowers showed up wilted and almost dead. I ordered a large bouquet and received very little flowers and the ones I did were already dead. For what I paid for these flowers, it should have been fresh and beautiful but instead was randomly thrown together, bad, wilted and dead flowers. Never will order from this company again!

Ordered flowers for Valentines.. they called me and said they ran out of flowers, balloons and helium and my order would be delivered on Saturday now.. a few hours later they called and said that they would send the order out Thursday.. they sure did .. not what I ordered card was misspelled.. no balloons and half the flowers were dead.. what a dog and pony show.. I will call my bank to dispute.. when you call them they talk to you for a minute then hang up.. Total rip off

Your business is horrible. The fake "flower was delivered" message was deceiving as the flowers were never delivered. The next day we had over 5 people trying to hunt down the flowers to no avail until someone finally reached out and said it was out for delivery. You then said you will credit my daughter $10 because it was out for delivery. That is UNACCEPTABLE. She should have been given the whole REFUND due to lack of customer service, emotional stress, and the lack of quality in the arrangement when it arrived the next business day AFTER work hours. Because of your lack of morale, business ethics, and carelessness in customer support, the surprise was completely ruined with stress and anguish from myself and my daughter who ordered the arrangement. Here is the order number 1128**** should you feel the need to research and refund my daughter (who is in the Air Force should this help any with your patriotism). Please be kind and value your military's hard work and dedication in trying to support your business but failed miserably.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After reaching out several times, we were able to get them to replace the entire order.

The tiny $20 box of chocolates was stale (like the brown chocolate was turning white) but the flowers were very nice. I appreciate them making things right but I can't say we'll ever do business with them again.

This company is a scam and a ripoff, and we're so upset that we didn't look at the reviews before ordering from them. My husband purchased the Enchantment bouquet with chocolates and a card for a whopping $160.10 for our anniversary. I never received the chocolates or the card, and the flowers were not at all as pictured. The photo on their website shows the medium bouquet, and my husband payed extra for the large bouquet. The flowers I received just days ago are almost dead today, and they dont look like the photo. I received a very small bouquet with none of the pretty pink flowers pictured, and with a vase that's nothing like the picture other than being red. It's certainly NOT the beautiful, large bouquet that he was charged $89.99 for (before taxes, $9.99 for delivery, and a $25 service fee). We've called customer service twice now. The first time, they offered to only refund the chocolates that we didn't receive; nothing for the missing card or the flowers that they clearly mixed up and delivered to someone else because we did not receive what we ordered. We declined this offer and was told they'd put in a replacement order with all of the items and the correct flowers. We accepted this offer. I never received the replacement order, so I called back today. I was told a replacement order was never submitted but she assured me she was getting it submitted this time. I don't believe for a second that I'll be getting anything in 2 days as promised. I also asked for the physical address for the location that delivered to us, and to have my call escalated. Both requests were denied, and I was told that they cannot provide information on where the flowers actually came from locally. That's crazy! This is a business that refuses to provide anything beyond a phone number for a third party that takes their calls and complaints! Please do NOT order anything from this company. Based on the TONS of other 1 star reviews we've seen since ordering with them, this is just how they do business. This company clearly does not care about their customers, and they WILL rip you off. Do NOT order from Avas Flowers!

Ordered a flower arrangement for my wife on special occasion, to be delivered the next day. When it arrived the arrangement was a !/4 of the size for which I paid for. What an embarrassment! When I called to complain, the agent assured me it would be corrected and redelivered quickly. After several more call, the same size arrangement that was incorrect arrived 5 days later. It was refused, and I contacted my Credit Card co. to dispute the charge.

If I could give them a -5 I would. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday, day before funeral service. I received a call late in the afternoon that day they could not deliver them and wanted to deliver on Monday. I told them that was too late and requested a refund. They then assured me they would call another florist and get them delivered prior to the service on Saturday. They again did not get delivered. I called again and requested a refund. By the way, you have to call numerous times to get through because their automated phone keeps saying they have too high a call volume so try the call again later. The girl on the phone gave me a big run around saying I needed to cancel 24 hrs in advance and on and on. Finally she said she would research it and call me back. Of course I never heard from her. Monday I called again asking for the status of my refund and they said they could get them delivered to the family that day. I asked for assurances which of course they gave and dummy me, said okay. In about 30 minutes I received an email saying they couldnt deliver and asked to deliver on Tuesday. I called again and got a guy this time and again, after much back and forth he finally agreed to refund my money. I have a confirmation number but Ill believe it when I see it. This is more than just poor customer service. This is harassment in a time of grief and it is a scam. Someone needs to shut these people down.

Please do not order from this company - SAVE THE HEADACHE - I ordered a same-day floral arrangement and paid the extra service fee. This company advertises that they are in a specific city but are not. I will NEVER order from this company again. If you need flowers delivered, NEVER purchase from this company. I live in California, and my daughter lives in Arizona. Avas Flowers did not have it on the same day, even after paying the extra fee. They will re-deliver after calling numerous times and being put on hold four times. If you need to deliver flowers to a loved one in another city, DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS. Save yourself a headache. I also was on hold for over 20 minutes. When the rep returned on the phone, she said they would schedule the re-delivery for the next day. After my daughter's birthday! Update: Today is Feb 11, and still no flowers. I cannot understand how a company can operate this way. Two days later (this morning), I received a phone call telling me the flowers would be delivered tomorrow, Feb 12. I asked for a full refund, and they said, "We can give you credit," which I will never order from Avas Flowers again. Instead, I opted for a $20 refund and hopefully delivered flowers on Feb 12.

I ordered a Spring Tulip Bouquet for my mother's 1 year passing. I didn't get what I ordered. They sent the order to Allie Mae's flowers. And put $41.99 on the work order. Why would they charge me $60.00 When I complained to the company they told me they would re-deliver the flowers. I get a call on Monday and was told that they wouldn't deliver a new arrangement but they would refund me half of the arrangement. I feel that the company shouldn't misrepresent the product. If I were to order flowers again, I would not use Avas Flowers.

We ordered flowers April 4 for a death in the family. What was originally ordered was not available AFTER we paid the 113.00 for the flowers Ava's got in contact with us and advise that the plant we originally ordered was not available but that they could send a white Lilly in place of what we ordered and we said that would be fine. The plant was TO BE delivered on Saturday/ Well Saturday came and went no delivery, Sunday came and went no delivery, Monday came and went no delivery. FINALLY the flowers were delivered on Tuesday Upon delivery of said plant the pot that it was in was broken into several pieces AND GET THIS THE PLANT WAS DEAD !!! and your customer service people could care less if this issues gets resolved or not I HAVE PICTURES OF VASE/POT AND THE PLANT

DONT ORDER FROM AVA'S !

I ordered flowers in plenty of time and did not request delivery on a holiday I requested before the holiday. I come to find out they were sending flowers all the way from Kentucky to Texas and my order is supposedly not arriving until after the holiday. First they wanted to replace my order with roses instead of a mix like I asked and now this. Good luck calling their customer support, prompts to press #2 to speak to a rep and it then tells you invalid option was pressed. They put you on hold and then while your waiting listening to their music they send you a text they got disconnected and ask you to call them back. Its terrible - don't bother. They show up first on google search to grab your service and then don't give you service. FTD needs to drop them like a hot potato
