On March 13, 2026, Ava responded by trying to allege that I didn’t timely notify Ava about the poor quality/service issues. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE.
I forwarded 3 emails that I sent the same day and the day after—with no response from Ava Flowers. They offered me a 10% refund.
Ridiculous. I’ll accept a full refund and that’s it.
It had fewer flowers and looked like a much cheaper version of the arrangement advertised on the website. The leaves were already browning, and the overall quality was very poor. What was delivered was clearly not the same arrangement I paid for. I tried to contact the company three separate times to resolve the issue, but I never received any response.
The complete lack of customer service is extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Avas Flowers to anyone.

Would rate a zero if possible. The website came up after a search for a local florist.
They are located in Delaware, deception. You pick out the flowers you want put all info in, then you see a $28 service charge added. I am west coast, went on the webste at noon and it said, if you order by 2 pm you can get same day delivery, wanted it for my aunt whose husband had just died. Received an email about 40 minutes later stating that it was after 2 so the order will be delayed, it's not after 2 where I am ordering, They said it will not be able to be delivered until Mon, this was Sat.
It took 30 minutes to get through the automated customer service and had to wait for a call back, I just said cancel it please, they put me on hold for 5 minutes, he came back and made up some lame reason that I had to be put on hold for another 5 minutes.
I said just cancel it, he said, let me get my manager, 5 minute wait, I was angry by now and said are you ging to cancel this order, because everthing about your website was a lie, I was yelling at this point, finally she said OK I will cancell the order, please give a 5 minute hold to process it, I blew up and said I and not waitin for your scam techniques, you better refund it now, and sen me an email so I have proof. Just wasted 45 minutes of my life, and got nothing but headache

What was substituted was a purple and white carnation only chintzy, cheap looking arrangement that had more greenery than flowers (which numbered 12).

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my 9 year old granddaughter with a stuffed animal. They sent a message approximately 2 hrs later stating they could not fill the order but would love to send a 'lovely' flower arrangement.
The email stated I had one hour to respond or they would send out the updated order based on their choice. I could not get a hold of anyone... I called Customer Service twice and was entered into a call back list. I responded back to the email sent (as it stated that I could respond to that email) and requested a full refund as a flower bouquet was not an appropriate gift for a 9 yr old.
However, I did not receive any response until the next day. I received a call from a strange number the next day stating that it was important to get contact them to update the order. Again, I called and did not get a response, only added to a call list. They did call back at a later time, but I was at work and could not answer.
Again, I responded to the email and stated that I wanted a full refund. I was very disappointed and searched for ways to contact them online. That is how I found PISSEDconsumer.com.
Once I submitted my request through their website, I received a full refund within one hour of the submission. I will NEVER order from this company ever again.
