Complaint
Recipient never received my order. It was a peace lily for my cousins funeral service. Need to talk to a supervisor about getting this matter resolved

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
Avas flowers called and left a message that they will resend the flowers, but she had the wrong name. No flowers were delivered. You can't use their website to call, do anything
I ordered the Tuscany flowers. My friend sent a pic of them.
There's hardly any flowers in the vase, no ribbon on the vase. You can't get ahold of Avas and it's a complete rip-off.

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet and paid for expedited shipping. Then a day later, I got an email saying they wouldn't be delivered until the day after Mother's Day.
Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible. Then they called me to tell me that what I ordered wasn't available, but they would upgrade my order at no extra cost. I told them about the email and was told that it would absolutely be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Lies, lies, lies!!!
They sent the most pathetic-looking flowers and a clear vase for $120.00 out of my pocket. When I try to go to customer service, they want me to enter the order number and zip code used for billing.
Well, according to them, one of those is wrong but wasn't wrong to charge me. NEVER AGAIN!

Very poor service and the quality of the flowers was poor. They looked NOTHING like what I ordered.
After ordering, I looked at the BBB and your company has some bad reviews. Now, I see why.

If you actually provided customer service that didn't avoid the fact that you sent dead flowers to my friend who just had to put her dog down. What an inconsiderate company with terrible customer service tactics.
I am absolutely disgusted to have spent 107 dollars (when the original price stated was 57). This is fraud! On top of that, it looked nothing like what I sent and it was half dead. This company should (and will be) shut down.
I'm horrified that people buy things at such a significant price, choose someone else, and receive an absolute garbage delivery. I have a side by side comparison and I will not stop criticizing this dreadful company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I talked to the supervisor and after lengthy explaining of how disappointed I was in the flowers and also telling them I am a florist who would never send such poor quality to a customer, she refunded my money in its entirety. However, I would never use them again or recommend them.
I have been a florist for 40 years and never had such a bad experience sending flowers. The first bouquet was nothing like I ordered, so they wanted a second chance, which was no better.
They charge a $24.99 service fee. After talking with a supervisor, I did get my money back. So beware ...
don't use them ever. You'll be sorry and embarrassed when the flowers arrive.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They refunded the full price after I posted this review and submitted 3 requests for cancellation and never provided and updated delivery day (they wanted me to reschedule delivery and I refused, never chose a new day).
Advertised as same day flowers which I chose and paid for, and was within the window of time. The next step was telling me it could be the same day or the next day.
After that, it was another two days out, and the occasion is very much over. Now, I'm in *** trying to cancel this from this absolute scam business. There is no way to actually do anything on the website. You can't solve any problems through their website or chat.
The phone number is wrong, and they give you another one which also does nothing to solve your problem. Someone called and I missed it and that number also isn't valid and directs you to the other phone number that is useless. I will report fraud to the credit card company next and start reporting to BBB.
I should have checked reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Once I gave my review to you I got immediate response.
I would like to request a refund, please. The flowers were ordered for a birthday, based on her favorites, and the item received was not at all like the photo.
There was no color at all. It was very bland and depressing, actually. I've tried relentlessly since they were delivered to reach someone, make a claim, get an explanation, anything. As you know, this can't be done.
I'd appreciate a reply and a refund. Thank you.

The customer service
The customer service for this company truly SUCKS! I called to ask for a Mother's Day delivery 2 before so that had enough time and I knew that this would still be cutting things short, and they gave me a same day and a day of delivery day and nothing else so I placed the order.
They even sent me an email saying that the dates were ok. I was Heartbroken when i found out that there did not deliver the flowers and there was no refund as the message was it was going to be delivered on the 13th instead of the 11th.
There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone. That's it they take your money and there is nothing you can do about it!

Dissatisfied
First of all good luck finding a human being to talk to. Dont bother trying the customer service line as its only robots.
Have to call the sales line and pretend its a new order to talk to a human. I was ordering flowers for my mom for Mothers Day but got a notice the day prior that they needed me to select different flowers. Well they also could not even deliver it the entire weekend of Mothers Day not even the day after. Apparently there are zero flowers of any kind in the entire city she lives in .
Eye roll.
Ridiculous. So then they had to deliver 3 days late with completely different flowers

Flowers were never delivered. I tried calling multiple times and finally was able to speak to a real person.
She was supposed to have someone call me back, but no one ever called back. Finally, I created a support ticket # with the expectation to receive a return phone call, yet no call.
