We ordered flowers for my fathers viewing and funeral and he is now in the ground and the flowers have still not arrived. They have given no explanation as to why they did not reach the destination. I highly suggest not ordering from Ava’s Flowers ever.

I ordered christmas flowers, according to the pictures on their website, what was delivered was nowhere near what i ordered, i realized that it might be simular and not exact, but half of the ornaments was not on the christmas tree centerpiece. I contacted them and also forwarded them a photo, they still refused to make it right.

Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered 12/22. They didn't arrive and I was told there was up to a four day delay due to the holiday. That was not stipulated when I paid. After the next day of no delivery I was told they could be delivered 12/26 or 12/27. I cancelled my order. Extremely disappointed.
