First I called in my order at around 930 am for same-day delivery. I chose the $79.00 bouquet which was ultimately $113.00 and some change. At the time-stamped messages you can see what happened there. When it finally arrived the pictures will speak volumes. Now I know...

I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. They claimed to have 45% off and free delivery and then added a $26 service fee that covered the 45% off and the free delivery.

What a ripoff. I ordered flowers on May 1, they were never delivered. Got a call from them on May 10 or 11 asking if I wanted them to fill the order, had never even been filled. They were finally delivered on May 12 and the recipient had been moved to a new room and could not have the flowers due to her roommate having allergies.

Now if they had been delivered when I ordered them she could have enjoyed them and get this.........They offered me a 10% rebate on my credit card.

The flowers should have been free. Do NOT use this company.

I tried to cancel this order as I thought it would not arrive in time. It did arrive and was delightful. Top marks Avas Flowers.

Worst Floral Experience Ever

My daughter had a baby on Saturday, 9/11. As soon as she was admitted to the hospital, I went online and ordered a couple of bouquets for same day delivery. One bouquet was delivered the following day, but the second bouquet with the additional Its a Boy Mylar balloons were missing. I contacted the local florist and was advised they only received the one order. It took Avas until Thursday, 9/16 to deliver a second order (this was after many attempts to actually get a customer service rep on the phone and multiple reps lied to me, telling me the flowers were on the way when they didnt even have anyone working on them) her and the baby left the hospital on Monday, and what she got was nothing close to what I ordered. I ordered a teddy bear holding a vase of roses with two balloons that said Baby and Its a Boy. What she received was a box of red roses no vase, no balloons, no teddy bear nothing but a box of roses and they were not even pretty roses as they already had dark spots on some of them. Very disappointed and will never again order anything from Avas.

Bad experience

We were highly embarrassed to find out that you delivered the flowers to Jackie F. -- but put them somewhere in the back in 100-degree weather. She did not find them until they were withered. You have not responded to my other E-mail messages. I'll be posting my experience, and I'll ask the BBB to look into why you: A.) Took my personal information along with an order to deliver on the same day. B.) Then tell me you won't deliver the same day. But we may have been charged a same-day delivery fee. C.) Next, make us believe the pricey flowers were not delivered -- since they ended up in back of the property. Terrible experience. We want you to rectify the situation -- or let us know that you will not. ---------------------------------------- Bonnie McDonald Truitt

Poor service

I ordered flowers to be delivered by 5:00 pm on a Friday. Received a phone call stating they couldnt be delivered till the next day. Well as of Saturday at 2:30 they still have not been delivered. I will never order from them again.

I paid extra for the delivery for same day and an additional service fee for 100 dollar bunch of flowers to be delivered. I found out that actually the flowers were never delivered. They swapped the order and then said well you agreed to this and it is in our terms and conditions. I have never ever been so shocked that people can scam so easily.Never again Ava flowers are a total scam. Never use them.

I specifically chose this florist because it was the only place that said same day delivery. I placed my order early this morning. There isnt any reason that can be given as to why it is now 10:15PM and my mother still has not received her flowers. Im pretty sure you people dont deliver this late. I did not see any *NOTE* on your website regarding flex delivery dates due to COVID-19. Unless the notice was a last minute addition as I paid. The covid mess has been over for awhile in case you people havent noticed. *TODAY* is my mothers 78th birthday. Not tomorrow! She is critically ill and confined to her bed all the time. She doesnt have many reasons to be cheerful or surprised. I was really looking forward to seeing my mom smile. And a FaceTime video call from her while she was happy and smiling *TODAY*. Im royally pissed that she didnt get her flowers *TODAY*. As I already said when I chose this place, it was because *SAME DAY DELIVERY* was clearly printed *ALL OVER THE WEBPAGE*. *THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY*. You people will be getting a very angry phone call from me in the morning. *BE PREPARED*!! I want a full refund but only after they deliver my mothers flowers.

Wanted to be a great nephew to my great aunt

This place is a total come on they took my money they charged my account then they call back with a substitution and then they tell me they can't deliver it to the following day but they're going to give me 10% off my order my order came to $125 yet they're giving me a credit of $6.25 it's a special place in *** for these people... My great aunt is 90 years old she lives in Texas if you're not going to be able to fulfill the order then you should state this fact at time of service... instead of taking my money and giving me the run around a round runaround

When I placed the order, at the very end it stated I was being charged a Service fee- the exact amount all other flower companies were going to bill me for a delivery charge. I went ahead and placed the order as I was running out of time. The flowers were to be delivered on July 4. Prior to delivery, I phoned the company to cancel as the receiving party was not at her home where flowers were being delivered. Your company also called Laura Hudon., receiving party, before delivery to confirm she was there. She advised to cancel the order as well, as she was not there. Your company ignored and delivered anyway. When I called to inquire about the Billing I was put on hold for over an hour, then disconnected. Your company has been reported to the BBB for false advertising ( free delivery) and numerous billing problems. I expect to be refunded my full amount. $64.18 as your company ignored all of our cancellations and when we tried to report the problem on-line and on the phone nothing worked. If I do not here from someone regarding this matter, in e-mail, I will be contacting the Corporate Office, BBB and any review sites to advise not to order from your company , for all reasons stated above. I will also be disputing any charges through my bank my Bank. Please advise within 5 days, before I take action company as s

Our flowers were left outside in the heat by the church. No one called with a time of delivery, so we were not there. When we called to have them picked up and redelivered in the morning there was no help available to do that. We had to cart them ourselves which was very inconvenient!!

Flowers were half dead and not what I ordered

One dozen pink roses were ordered. One dozen pale pink/white, half dead, brown edged, crispy edged flowers in a Dollar Store looking vase with a ghetto ribbon tied to it was delivered.
