I am very disappointed in this company. I requested that flowers be delivered to a funeral home on a specific date.

Were they delivered on that date? No. Why? They said the florist isn't open that day.

Then why didn't someone call/email me about the situation in advance? I ordered the arrangement 5 days before the funeral. They have all of my contact info. ALSO, I paid an extra delivery fee to have it delivered before noon.

When I called to confirm the delivery, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and the woman on the phone was less than accommodating.

I still don't know for sure if the flowers were ever delivered because they couldn't confirm who signed for them. Never again.
