I ordered a large ($163.00) bouquet for an out of town funeral. Found out an hour before the funeral it wasn't there for the wake.
I called immediately, after checking on the order was told "the shop didn't notice the order". They were unable to do anything to even get something to the funeral. You don't get a do-over for a funeral. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
I was ***, should have looked here first, it doesn't look like I'm the only victim of their incredibly poor service.
