I ordered an arrangement 10 days in advance of my aunt's funeral, that cost $158.94; the day of the funeral the flowers were no where to be found.The funeral director checked all of the services for the day and they were not mis-delivered.
I called the next day and spoke to the "executive manager" who said he would investigate and call me back; as of today 6/14/16 I have yet to receive a call.
I tried to reach him again and just got the run around and was hung up on.NEVER order from this company if receiving the flowers is important or if you care about customer service, they SUCK!!!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "flowers never delivered!" of avasflowers delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $159. Avasflowers needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
