Avasflowers - Inexcusable
I ordered flowers for a good friend/customer's funeral 3 days in advance.I checked the delivery status the day of funeral and it said, "Out for delivery." I checked today, day after funeral and it said, "Out for REdelivery." I called.
She said, "We did not have a local florist in our Nework who could do the arrangement. So it was not delivered." I was livid. I asked why I was not notified. They had my phone # and my email address.
I could have ordered from a different florist. She said, "We can send a sympathy to the family." I don't know where the family is. His children are scattered across the nation. I told her, "Too little, too late.
The funeral is over." I could not attend the funeral as it was out of state. This arrangement was my representative. I feel just terrible. I will never use AVAS again and I suggest nobody else does either.
There was NO EXCUSE that I wasn't notified. Had I not double checked they would have kept my money for doing nothing.
I am supposed to get a full refund.We'll see.
