I ordered flowers for an out of town funeral for a relative. Card showed information from a person called "Uncle Bud" . There is no such person who knew the deceased either family or friend. There was no indication that the flowers were sent by me.
I called Avas to see what had happened. At this point all I knew was that my flowers had not arrived. First they said the funeral home maybe threw the card out. Then they listened to a recording of my order and said that they had the incorrect information on the card.
I asked for my money back but they declined saying that they had delivered the correct "product". Too bad no one at the funeral knew who sent them! I would think this was an important part of the product.
I will see if my credit card company can file a dispute.
