I ordered a "Deluxe" funeral spray, shown. Their website said the Deluxe was what was pictured.

I paid $107. I accidentally put "Jr." after my brother's name (my Dad was Jr.) and sent in a modification to my order 15 minutes after I placed the order. I got a second confirmation that the change was made. I got a picture from my niece after the service, and it was AWFUL!

AND they spelled my brother's name with Jr.!!! I couldn't be at this funeral, and these flowers were pathetic! I have been back and forth with customer service, and the last email said they couldn't fix it because the store wasn't responding to their communications!!!

Really??? Who IS Ava's Flowers???

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Delivered on time.

I didn't like: Flower arrangement was awful spelled recipients name wrong.

Seriously???? YOU could not spell your own brother's name correctly yet you're going to blame others for your mistake?

If this was so crucial, why did you never once pick up the phone to ensure your change was made? Sounds like you're trying to get free flowers!
