I ordered an arrangement that arrived the day AFTER the wake. No call in advance to let me know there was a delivery issue. No response after having contacted florist. But payment? Yeah, that was IMMEDIATELY deducted from my checking account.

I order/send a LOT of arrangements ... first time using this POS florist ... also the last time. This is absolutely unacceptable. This wasn't a birthday, it wasn't a baby-birth, it wasn't a wedding arrangement. It was a FUNERAL arrangement. Frankly, it doesn't matter what the event is ... if a florist cannot deliver by the requested date, it should notify the customer so that alternative arrangements from another vendor can be sent. My very best friend lost her son ... and there was no evidence of my having even bothered.

ABSOLUTELY unacceptable ...
