I placed an order online for same-day delivery.They emailed an hour later saying they could not deliver same-day, wanted to send it two days later.

I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get the order cancelled, as it needed to be sent THAT DAY. They refused to cancel, told me I had to call UPS to cancel. Of course, UPS said THEY had to call to cancel. Called Avas again and they still couldn't help.

They wanted me to call the person receiving the flowers and have them refuse delivery!! How embarrassing and ridiculous!

This was a time-sensitive situation and the person wasn't even going to be home on the day they wanted to ship.THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
