Ordered flowers to be delivered to daughter's work on 1/30 for delivery on 2/7.Wasn't delivered on the 7th or 8th.
Talked to them again on the 9th and was assured they would be delivered on the 10th, first thing. Nothing. Called them 3 times on the 10th and could only be told they were "out for delivery". One customer service person left me on hold for 22 minutes without coming back.
The doubled the order, and gave me a $10 credit, but NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING. Poor service, no follow up and terrible customer service.
Don't use them.Daughter never got the flowers; told them not to charge my credit card or I would contest charges.
