Order was never delivered and was for a funeral.When I called them to discuss on 3 separate times was on hold for 10 minutes or more each time.
They wanted to deliver the order to the funeral home after the deceased was not longer there, then the church (the service was already in progress), then to the grave site. My order was a blanket! What were they going to do - cover the grave with it!! Customer Service operators do not speak or understand English very well at all and it is extremely hard to communicate with them.
Now I have to go thru the hassle of disputing the charge on my credit card.
Very, very unsatisfied.Do not buy from them!!
