Sent the Deluxe floral Christmas tree. When the recipient sent me a photo, I was angry that it did not represent the on-line image.

The flowers were haphazardly placed and primarily red. They threw in some white baby’s breath and sad looking white mums. Plus, a cheap red bow on on-line image. Emailed Ava’s and sent photo.

Got a prompt call today 12/12/17, stating they would give me a $10.00 coupon!!!! Are they kidding????? Resend the appropriate arrangement. The bill was $101.00.

Said no thank you and hung up. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT use Ava’s.

Call a local florist instead and even if you pay more, it would be worth it!! Or better yet, send candy, a Kringle, wine or something that doesn’t look like it will be dead in a week...
