We ordered flowers for a bereaved co-worker who had lost 2 close family members in 1 week. The ad said same day delivery.
We got an email that day that said due to unforeseen circumstances they could not deliver that day but would deliver the next day. Our co-worker NEVER got the flowers. We tried for 11 days and literally hours on the phone to get them delivered with no resolution. We then requested our money back and they offered less than half of the cost of the order as a refund.
THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DON'T EVEN THINK OF ORDERING FROM THEM!
Our grieving co-worker actually apologized to us for having to deal with this company. That's just plain wrong!
