Avasflowers - Delivery of wrong flowers 3 days late
They delivered Mother's Day flowers 3 days late, completely not the flowers I ordered for $100, they were wilted, and they gave me a $18 refund.I will never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.
When I called customer service, I was disconnected after a lengthy hold. I waited a reasonable amount of time for a return call and when none came, called again. After 2 lengthy holds, was told the best they could offer me was $20. And then when I got the e-mail regarding the refund, it was only $18.
They sent an e-mail customer service survey, to which I responded, and no one contacted me.This is extremely poor customer service!!
