Have spent a fortune on a Valentine's gift - ordered more than a week ago for delivery. All confirmed AND charged.

The funny thing is that the flowers did not show up - only the bloody chocolate. Where is the rest of my $152.00 gift gone?? I don't know if the delivery person found it useful at home or what have happened????? Worst service ever - don't trust them.

A complaint through their customer service is not possible - you will just be put on hold..... Don't expect any good service from them!!.....

Wondering what sort of compensation they are going to give, or at least an apology. The sad thing is, that Valentine's is over for now, so that can not be done again before next year....Bastards

I didn't like: Very bad service - the worst delivered only half.
