I got multiple confirmations that the flowers were delivered. I talked to my friend who was home all day.

She did not get a delivery and no one came to the door. I called several times and was yelled at, told my friend was a liar, and hung up on. I asked why I got delivery confirmations when it was not delivered, they told me that they have to put it was delivered no matter what and then in the hard to find "notes" section they explain whatever reason it was not delivered. I paid for same day delivery, I asked for a refund, partial refund, or to cancel my order.

Each time after asking for one of those I was told no and hung up on.

At one point a manager named Jesus said he would refund me $20 and keep the flowers. Considering I paid $64 I did not agree to his "cancellation fee"
