I placed a phone order to be delivered 03/20 to my grandmother in the hospital. I was contacted by Ava's and informed that the room number did not exist and the recipient was not registered at the hospital.
After several calls and days later they realized the city on the order was incorrect, stating it was a typo on their part. The delivery was made after she was already discharged. She finally received them on 03/25.Customer service agents were not helpful and very difficult to understand. When I emailed them my complaint I received an auto response with a 20% off coupon for my next order.
I will pass on that offer.
