I was assured by phone agent that an arrangement could be delivered on the same day and within a certain time frame. They were not; I was even texted by the company that the party received the flowers.

I asked for a refund the next day and was told that Avas Flowers would refund my credit card. They have not done this. I was told by party that they received an arrangement the next day without my knowledge. The entire experience was a bait and switch and I would not work with this company ever again.

As a customer, I have zero say. Once they get your credit card number, there is no recourse.

Monetary Loss: $77.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Being told what i wanted to hear and then not doing it.
