I truly don't understand how you are in business.My daughters ordered me flowers for Mother's Day.

They were to be delivered that day. I got a phone call from the company on Sunday saying they would be delivered on Monday. Yesterday (Tuesday) I called and asked about the order. They couldn't find an order.

My daughters had called them 3 times and they assured them the order was being taken care of and they were adding chocolates to make it better. When I called back a second time, I got a nice gal but I knew that she was lying to me. Then I got madder. She said please give us another chance.

This morning (Wednesday) I contacted my daughter and asked if they had been in touch. Of course, they had not and I hadn't received any order. My daughter just got an email from them that they are refunding their money and it would take 10 days to receive. What kind of company treats people like this?

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!Very disappointed!!!
