I have disputed this charge with my credit card company. An investigation is ongoing.

I was told that they were local to my area which is untrue. I chose a beautiful arrangement which was the largest spray,and the most expensive shown on their website.This was an expression of my sympathy.

When saw the arrangement at the funeral home, I was upset and embarrassed.The flowers were sparse and wilted. It was the smallest spray not the largest.The arrangement did not even resemble the one I selected from their website.They substituted cheaper flowers. The message card contained spelling errors.I gave them an opportunity to make it right and they failed.I called customer service and they promised to redeliver a new arrangement the next day...They never did.I refuse to pay $178.00 ...I disputed the charge to my Amex card. Poor quality, terrible customer service and deceptive advertising....Beware!

Don't be scammed by Avas Flowers.... use a local florist that is highly recommended.
