I had surgery, and my work friends sent flowers.first arrived three days later than expected, all dead and moldy.
I called the customer SERVICE line and REACHED INDIA, COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING SAID HAD TO HANG UP!!Three more calls an hour and a half later-and finally on Tuesday 05.14 after being put on hold 27 minutes-they agreed to resend.Yesterday flowers arrived again-DEADER than the first ones-complete with mold, brown Gerber daises, what a joke!!!!I would never recomend this company to anyone, between the delivery dates not happening, dead flowers and not being able to communicate it has been a very bad experience all around.
