First of all good luck finding a human being to talk to. Dont bother trying the customer service line as its only robots.

Have to call the sales line and pretend its a new order to talk to a human. I was ordering flowers for my mom for Mothers Day but got a notice the day prior that they needed me to select different flowers. Well they also could not even deliver it the entire weekend of Mothers Day not even the day after. Apparently there are zero flowers of any kind in the entire city she lives in .

Eye roll.

Ridiculous. So then they had to deliver 3 days late with completely different flowers

If you actually provided customer service that didn't avoid the fact that you sent dead flowers to my friend who just had to put her dog down. What an inconsiderate company with terrible customer service tactics.

I am absolutely disgusted to have spent 107 dollars (when the original price stated was 57). This is fraud! On top of that, it looked nothing like what I sent and it was half dead. This company should (and will be) shut down.

I'm horrified that people buy things at such a significant price, choose someone else, and receive an absolute garbage delivery. I have a side by side comparison and I will not stop criticizing this dreadful company.

Arranged for flowers to be delivered on valentine's day by 7pm. At 6:05pm i got an email that it would be delivered 2/18/25.

WHAT? The 18th? Not ok. Not worth it.

So I have tried to cancel over and over. But you can't get a real person to speak to. So frustrating. I tried for days.

Couldn't get through. So on the 18th, the flowers were delivered. The flower order I wanted to cancel! And was charged $100 for it.

Too late. I deserve a complete refund. I kept trying to cancel!!!

So i am being punished for their mistake. They need a clear number to be able to speak to a real person.

Issue resolved took a while but they finally did the right thing dont know why they just keep their customers on their priority lists
