Buyer beware!

I will never order from Avas again. After 4 calls to their rude service reps, they still spelled the name wrong, used the wrong address, and the delivered arrangement was not even close to what was shown online. Luckily, the neighborhood knew where the flowers should go.

They also tried to charge me for things I did not order, and said that they would have a problem refunding me since they were not the "designer." I was able to finally get a refund.

Note: They will slip in a "full size card" for $4 -even if you don't order it, they charge extra for adding a ribbon -even though it is not shown on their website, and they charge a $15 handling fee that is not mentioned on the website.

A 1 rating is not low enough to accurately describe what a horrible experience this has been.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: I want to warn others so that they do not have to experience this when they order flowers..
