The customer service is awful, it’s very loud in the background, I had to repeat myself serval times. They promised same day delivery, three hours late I got a text to call the company back.

I was told they did not have a florist available to complete my order and had to wait two days for delivery.

The person I spoke to on the phone only offered me a 10% discount and a $10 gift card for a further purchase, I finally decided to cancel my order, she did nothing to try to accommodate me. Bullshit
