I purchased a fruit/gourmet snack basket to be delivered 3 hrs away for next day delivery..for a sympathy/funeral ..

it was not delivered the next day. NOR was the basket as i ordered? The photo/basket i chose had all kinds of chips in it.. what was eventually received..
