Avasflowers - This is Not my favo flower company! What a joke!
I tried to order a simple arrangement for my best friend, her mother had died.
What a F'n run around, no calls returned? , bad horrific customer service! The worst I've ever seen!
Cancellation of my order and request for MY MONEY back was also a joke, but I called my bank and filed a complaint so this (we will return your money that was taken lickity quick will not take the 10 days they "promised" to return.
So my final comment is.....you are a company.
Avasflowers - Poor customer service
I called and ordered flowers for my deceased mother- in-law on 7/3/19, funeral was 7/5/19. Waited for an email delivery receipt.
Didn't get one by 9am when the flowers were to be delivered. I called Avas and she told me that the florists said my selection I ordered was not available. I was not able to provide flowers for her funeral. I now seem like an uncaring daughter-n-law, thanks to Avas not properly responding to this issue beforehand.
I'm still waiting for them to credit me back $110 for the arrangement they didn't deliver. So be careful when ordering.
Avasflowers - Not the biggest flowers there
I spent a lot of money on a basket of sympathy flowers for a funeral, almost eighty dollars which I think was quite a large purchase. I was shocked that my basket was nowhere near the largest basket there.
I though that for the money I paid that my basket should dominate all the other arrangements there.
What do you have to do spend hundreds of dollars to get a large arrangement.
I think the money I spent should have gotten a very large basket indeed.
Now I think everyone falsely thinks that I am cheap and did not care sufficiently. I want to know what you are going to do about this situation defaming my character.
Avasflowers - Wont Deliver to a Ranger Station
I am am really upset that this company was unable to deliver flowers to a friend of mine who is staying at forest ranger station for her birthday.They claim they can deliver in the United States and this is in the US but they claim that it is outside the delivery area of any of there florists.
I am am really dismayed that I cannot offer my friend something on her birthday.
They should deliver anywhere, next thing they will say that they can not deliver to nuclear plants or Area 51.I cannot stress enough how very much disappointed I am with this policy of theirs.
Avasflowers - Very bad experience, do not recommend this service!
Got an email confirming delivery on a Sunday but upon verification, order hadn't been received by recepient yet.
Called customer service on Monday and an associate informed me of "an issue with delivery" for Sunday and assured me that delivery would be done that same morning. Associate gave me a credit on next transaction for the inconvenience.
Checked in with recepient on Monday evening and still no delivery was made. Total disappointment at that point.
Checked in with recepient Tuesday morning and still nothing. Called customer service Tuesday morning and they told me that delivery is on its way. Told them not interested in their product and services any longer and asked for a refund, they refused full refund and awarded a 10% discount for the inconvenience! Really??!!! In a day and age where customer service and satisfaction are primordial, Avas's was sub-par... If you can't fulfill a commitment within your given delay then don't give the assurance that you can, that's misleading and a very bad way of doing business.
I will never do business with them again and don't recommend their services to anyone I know. What a let down and furious with this company and how this whole thing was handled.
Avasflowers - Not satisfied
I ordered flowers for my mom more than a week prior to mother’s day only for them not to show up. They were supposed to get there Saturday, the day before mother’s day and here it is Sunday night and they are not able to find the flowers and I received horrible customer service when I called to inquire. I will never order through this company again!
Avasflowers - Trash place
This company is totally not worth your money. They do not send out the emails they promise about delievery status.
Rude! Terrible! Customer service! Do not deliever products ontime.
Do no not deliever the product pictured in their websites. DO NOT NOT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM

I will never use your services again and will do all in my powers to spread my experience across the internet.
Avas Flowers is incompetent and a substandard service provider.

Avasflowers - Will never use them again
They claim that they attempted to make my flower delivery but no one was there. It was to a funeral home on the day of the funeral.
I got notified via email after the funeral! When I called customer service, a lady put me on hold to "investigate".
After waiting 50 minutes for her response, I was disconnected. Very poor service.
Avasflowers - Worst service ever
Avas Flowers ia a massive scam. There is nothing family about this company.
They are not a florist, they are a tele-florist.
Nothing but liars.
Ordered flowers for a Wake and had a guarantee from them for delivery. Flowers showed two hours after the Wake and not one time did any of these idiots contact me even though they said they would.
DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY.
