I ordered flowers for delivery 5 days ago which were never delivered. The only way to speak with a live person is to call and pretend you are ordering.

The automated callback system never does actually contact you, and the customer service can only apologize. When asked for a manager, they can only apologize. On Day 4, they finally said the problem was fixed, called the recipient and arranged delivery, and still no flowers. I truly wonder if there even is a company, or if they just ripped me off for $70.00.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but from reading their own followup with Ava's, they also were never able to get any answers on any of the previous complaints.


Reviewer is in unhappy mood. xplosivk9 stated that there is a room for improvement of being lied to being 6 days late. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "worst customer service and no delivery" of avasflowers delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $62. Avasflowers needs to "i want the flowers delivered even if now 6 days late, and i want a full refund for the two of us being upset now for 6 days. this is ridiculous" according to poster's claims.
