I ordered flowers for delivery 5 days ago which were never delivered. The only way to speak with a live person is to call and pretend you are ordering.

The automated callback system never does actually contact you, and the customer service can only apologize. When asked for a manager, they can only apologize. On Day 4, they finally said the problem was fixed, called the recipient and arranged delivery, and still no flowers. I truly wonder if there even is a company, or if they just ripped me off for $70.00.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but from reading their own followup with Ava's, they also were never able to get any answers on any of the previous complaints.


Product or Service Mentioned: Avasflowers Delivery Service.

Reason of review: worst customer service and no delivery.

Monetary Loss: $62.

Preferred solution: I want the flowers delivered even if now 6 days late, and I want a full refund for the two of us being upset now for 6 days. This is ridiculous.

I didn't like: Being lied to being 6 days late.
