I ordered last minute Mother's Day flowers on 5/11. When I input the delivery address, the site confirmed 5/12 was an available delivery date.

I was thrilled, as no other sites I checked would give me anything before Monday, 5/13. Lo and behold, today (5/12), the flowers did not arrive. I checked the status online and it been rescheduled to TUESDAY! Two days after Mother's Day!

I called the customer service number in the confirmation email and I got routed to a foreign call center. The rep just refused to refund me or even sympathize to my situation - at one point he offered me some sort of points for my next order which is asinine, as there will not be a next order. When I commented to him that I had just located hundreds of customer complaints against them online, he immediately hung up on me. I called my bank and canceled the transaction.

I strongly recommend that anyone in a similar situation do the same. Terrible company - complete scam.
