worst customer service i have ever got. They hang up on you and deliver when they want. 4-5 days later later. The worst ever service I am so upset that they are still in business.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers on May 5th still not delivered on May 11th. Trying to get through to someone is a joke. Supposed to be locally hand delivered, not even close. Do not use this company it is a scam. I just received an email from them saying that a UPS label was created on May 7th but still not shipped as of today May 11th. Trying to get a refund but just getting the runaround from these people. I tried to cancel the order online but their website will not allow you to verify that they received your cancellation. So frustrated with this company!

My daughters indoor cat of 17 years got out and has been missing for over a week. She is more than devastated. Since COVID -19 has prevented the hug she so desperate needs flowers have always made us smile. Avas did a marvelous job and now she can smile each time she looks at the beautiful flowers, smells a rose and think of her best friend.THANK YOU

A child’s 8th birthday!!

ONE of my orders was just 6 birthday balloons and you couldnt even supply that???? Yall call me late after 5pm to notify me of a substitution d then when I call no answer. I would never recommend your company. Thanks for screwing up a childs birthday during this pandemic when no one could attend .... I want my money refunded and if the gift basket is. It delivered from the gift basket area then I want that refunded too. She is 8!!!!!

Dissatisfied !

My husband ordered a $170 arrangement for our 25th anniversary to be delivered on my place of employment on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Avas ( the middle man) recorded wrong address so they were never delivered on Friday . Tried to call Avas customer line and couldnt get through . Left message instead and got an email that said delivery was not successful . Uhm yeah I know. Several other attempts and messages left and absolutely no additional response . Same bouquet was delivered 5 days later ! Never Never again! They do not stand behind any customer satisfaction promise and dont even bother to respond to complaints .

Business is a scam

Ordered flowers yesterday for same day delivery..PS-- no flowers. They claim they tried to deliver but that would be false. The person receiving delivery is isolating at home. I tried to contact them the next morning and received quite the run around. They put you on hold for long amounts of time in hopes you hang up. I endured to be told I had to wait 7-10 days about my inquiry. That is unacceptable-- they had no problem taking my money. This business is a scam and their customer service is non- existent.

I ordered flowers for my sister after a death in the family and she never received the flowers. I was charged $132.00 and no one would call me back. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!!! When I contacted customer service they would ask for my order number, verify the order then say they had to transfer me to a different department then hang up on me. I tried the for three days.

This is about the fifth avenue I have tried to contact this florist. I have not spoken with an actual person, your automated system is lacking in end user efficiency! Once again the order placed on Tuesday was not even close to what was delivered. My daughter got a dozen roses which IS NOTHING AT ALL THAT I EVEN LOOKEF AT OR WOULD EBER ORDER! I ordered the Sunflower Symphony bouquet and she got nothing like that! I also paid more than what the roses cost. I am very UPSET with the delivery and the lack of communication directly to the florist! Very poor customer service

My brother was laid to rest today in Florida so I wanted to send his daughter a lovely MELLOW YELLOW arrangement to Sisters, Oregon. Sadly, what she was left was 6 roses, 2 carnation & something stem of yellow. This for almost $100.00. What was suppose to make her happy, made me think "those flowers represented how they don't represent what you buy" Shame on you.

Never answered my call. Was on hold then said they call me back never did. Have left ticket after ticket about my order. I told them the delivery has to be before 5pm because business closes after.fedex delivering.window says before 7?

Terrible!!

I ordered flowers on 4-16-20 to be delivered 4-18. Today is 4-20 and flowers. Called multiple times- no return call. Hung up on twice. I want to talk to someone and cancel and get a refund. No way to get in touch with these people. Going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. They did THAT fast - charge my card. No flowers. No calls. I will NEVER recommend this company. It has taken much of my time since 4-18. This is crazy. I am still waiting for a call..NEVER again.

Ordered flowers for a friends grandsons funeral. Spent about $80. Got a message from Avas a couple of hours later to contact them about a problem with the order. Called them and they said that the funeral home was not accepting flowers at this time (because of the Coronavirus) and that my friends grandson will have a memorial service later and nothing for now. So I cancelled the order and they said they would process a refund for everything except the service charge. What service? You made a phone call to the funeral home (which shouldn't have cost anything) and you sent me a text message (which didn't cost anything either). I understand that there was a person doing the calling and texting but was it really worth losing me as a customer who usually sends flowers to several family members at least 10 times a year? No way to treat a potential repeat customer.
