Mothers Day Order

I ordered online on Saturday afternoon to delivered on Mothers Day, I called my sister in Duluth, Georgia and she said she did not recieved anything. The worst is, I paid extra to deliver before 2 pm on 05/12/13..I ordered a Bon Appetite Gourmet Basket to be deliver before 2 pm and now customer service telling me it might be tomorrow?? Avas Flower, this is not very professional . I even called last night to make sure your company have my order ready for delivery, and even doubled checked the address . Why, why, why ?? I could have order somewhere else than your company.. This is really pissed me off, especially for Mother's Day gift.

Wilted and Ugly

My daughter ordered orchids from AvasFlowers. They misrepresented their company as being local and family owned. What a joke. The flowers arrived hours after they were promised,(New Jersey label)not local They were delivered in a sealed box by U.P.S. after being subjected to the Texas heat of over 95 all day with no moisture. The stems were already as hard as bamboo and the flowers were wilted, crushed and ready for the trash. Many of the blooms had already fallen off. My daughter paid $70.00 for the flowers that were worthless. This company should be closed. NEVER use AvasFlowers. They did not deliver what we had paid for.

Ten Days Later ... Still No Flowers

Like others, my wife ordered through this outfit without looking at the reviews online. Buyer-beware, I guess. After assuring me that they would be redelivered on the Monday after Mother's Day, there are still no flowers at the house. What's worse? They insist that they've been delivered and are launching an investigation. (This took about an hour of my life on hold while also getting hung up on at least twice.) I wouldn't use this organization again if they offered me free flowers for the rest of my life. "Family owned and operated" with satisfied customers since 1977? Who are the customers? The Ava and her husband who simply pocket my money? It's simply disgraceful that there are companies that operate this way, but as long as there are people who don't research the companies that they work with, there will be predators like Ava's Flowers.

I guess I'm not the only one who is ready to lose it on these people. Placed an order on Friday to be delivered on Saturday but was guaranteed by their little disclaimer in the receipt that they might not get there until mon. Well, it's tues and i just confirmation that someone named MERRILL has received my delivery. PRETTY FAR OFF FROM SUSAN who is now out of state. I am in the middle of ANOTHER 35 minute call which I have been transferred 4 times. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional useless company in my entire life.

Confirmation flowers would be delivered Saturday 05/25/2013 and it's 05/30/2013 and they are still not delivered.

ordered flowers for my mother in law to be delivered for her birthday from Ava's Flowers and they were still not delivered 5 days later... customer service representatives refused the cancel the order on Sunday and give me a refund, they refused to then cancel the order on Tuesday as the flowers had still not been delivered, they would not connect me to a manager or supervisor, I called back on Thursday May 30, 2013 to find out that the flowers were still not delivered and to cancel the order as I was very embarrassed that they were this late, the csr stated they were already in route (as the others had stated on Sunday and Tuesday, which was a lie) and she could not cancel them, they offerred a 15% discount which is unacceptabel the then said a manger would call me back, I don't believe a manger will call me back at all.... very upset and angry at this service.

Never again

I wish I would of seen this site before I ordered from them.Flowers supposed to be delivered sat.afternoon after 5pm. to make sure someone was home.They delivered today Friday while no one was there.My inlaw send me pictures of the flowers they delivered.They were nothing like the ones i ordered.They were found behind the fence with no water and chocolate was melted.I'm not even trying to get in contact with them after reading complaints.Lesson learned.Next time i'm visiting I just stop by . Pretty low from Avas flowers to take advantage of people living out of state.

Worst customer service ever, rip off company!

I order flowers to be deliver Saturday before Mother's Day. I call them 4 days later because there were still no flowers. They said they ran out of flowers for Mother's Day. I say " O.K.1 day maybe even 2 days I could understand, but this is 4 days after the delivery date and the flowers still aren't there, I would like a refund." They said no refunds your order is already being processed. Basically they take all the orders they can get, knowing all along they cannot fulfill them, in even close to a timely manner. They won't compensate for the lack of ethics. The customer is left with the shaft. They don't seem to care at all about customer service.

I ordered 2 CDs for $9.95 each. I got an e-mail receipt for that.

For the next two months I was charged $64 for CDs I didn't order. When I called to cancel it, they told me I should have cancel it within 30days. I let it go, I paid for it.

Today I received a bill for $448.00 from the pimsleur-approach, saying to pay as soon as possible. I call the number in the letter, and when I explained my situation, the girl on the phone told me to call back when I was able to handle the situation and hanged up on me.

No Mother's Day delivery, then dead flowers

After missing their delivery deadline, Ava's flowers delivered a 75% dead bouquet to Mom. Not wanting to tell me, she gave a call and Ava's flowers scheduled re-delivery, however, as I had the email address of record, I received an email acknowledging the complaint. One week on, the re-delivery date has come and gone... no flowers. After 2 transfers and long holds with customer service, I was informed that Ava's flowers policy is no refund. They did offer a store credit, which I passed. Beware of Eva's flowers and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere, Ava's flowers do not deliver!

Terrible service, terrible flowers!

I made the mistake of not reading reviews before ordering flowers for Mother's Day. Firstly, the flowers were not delivered on the date I requested so when I tried to cancel the order I was put on hold for 29 minutes and transferred 8 times only to be told there was no cancellations allowed. The flowers were delivered two days later and the condition of the bouquet was that of one a week old. When I called to complain they refused to reimburse me and simply offered me a credit...right, so I can send another dreadful looking bouquet to someone else with late delivery?? No thanks, I'd rather write a review in hopes no one else gets roped in by this horrible company.

Placed order..Got my dough...No flowers delivered.

Ran my debit card...Flowers ordered Friday for Saturday delivery...Paid extra for Sat. delivery... No such luck. Never delivered. On phone this morning...transferred twice...No one picks up. Read reviews...Mostly negatives. Called 3rd time...No refund offered ..only credit for future orders. This whole episode spelled SCAM, SCAM , SCAM. I demanded a receipt which wasn't sent until I got bitter today with them...3 days later than the date paid for & order placed. *Confirmation stated "Redelivery' today. I called to see if they were delivered. *NOT a all. This is a TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. BEWARE!!!!!

Bull ***! Scam! Pissed off!

Ordered an arrangement, money was taken immediately out of my account. They were supposed to be delivered today for Mother's day! They never came! i have been calling all day, talked to several people. "there is no manager around" or the shops closed, or they hang up on me! I just want my money back i'm so sad!!!!! They will just keep putting you on hold, and *** you off more and more! beginning to think this is a bogus company, and from other online reviews i'm not the only pissed off customer! So watch out and don't order from them!

Failed Delivery

Do NOT use this site...I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery on Sat, 11 May 13, in Panama City Fl. I gave a contact number for them to call, I received an email comfirmation that stated that because of the volume, they may have to deliver early. They failed to deliver (said they attempted but no-one was home). They did not call the contact number and they did not email. The Avas Flowers person I was talking to said that drivers do not have the contact info, and that I should have left instructions in the comments section of the order that I would accept delivery with no-one home. She acknowledged that the order site does not have any guidance on the subject and has no check box for the subject, but that it is the customers responsibility to know to make such a comment. she rescheduled the delivery for Monday, 13 May. I requested cancellation of the order, and a refund. She declined to do either. I requested to speak with someone in authority and was told that she had authority to approve/decline cancellations and refunds...she declined, stating that the flowers would be delivered with NO refund. This company advertises timely delivery and refunds if not fully satisfied...they do not "deliver" on etiher count. AVOID using this company - they do not provide customer service.

They took my order and never delivered it. Big Scam.

To whom it may concern. I had a terrible experience with your company. I place a ficus tree order April 25th to be delivered on the 26th. I had to call the recipient on May the 7th to see if the order made it. It didn't. Then, I called your company and the individual on the phone couldnt be understood. I was told by the second person that I was sent to that the person who the order was processed through didnt have the plant. Then instead of taking my number and calling me back you kept me on the phone on hold for 20 minutes. Finally I gave Sam my number and said call me when you get your facts straight. Upon returning my call I tried to just cancel because the whole deal had already gone that bad , however i was enticed with 20 % off my next order and I declined. Then Sam said he would send a dozen roses to whoever I wanted and I decided I would do that. At that time he put me on hold again for approx 15 minutes and I decided to just hang up. No call back, nothing. Your company sent me a survey to take within 24 hours of the initial delivery date. You never even followed up to see if it was delivered. Your company has terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again. It took almost two hours of my busy day for a 125.00 dollar plant that was never sent. I hope that I can find somewhere online that I can make this post public about your company.

NEVER ORDER FROM AVA'S FLOWERS

An order to have flowers delivered on Valentine's Day was placed and they have yet to be received. The funds ($115) were deducted instantly at time of order and it was promised that the flowers would be delivered on Valentine's Day. No flowers were EVER received, and upon contacting the "customer service" line, I was put on hold for hours, transferred to their "insurance company," which is outsourced, and told that they could not assist me in obtaining a refund. I was then sent back to the main menu, hung up on 2x, and continually transferred to a number of operators who claimed they would transfer me to an operator that could assist. Guess what?! Back to the main menu and back in cue, just to be told I would have to be transferred to someone who could not help!!! If you value your time and your money (don't we all?) I invite you to join me in a social media firestorm against Avas Flowers. They cannot keep taking money from customers and failing to deliver the goods/services. Newsflash Avas Flowers...that's ILLEGAL! I will be writing a number of blogs, continuing to blow up their Twitter feed and use whatever means necessary to be heard...and REFUNDED!

Failure to deliver for Easter!!

I had placed an order with Avas Flowers in El Paso, Texas on Thursday March 28th, 2013. The order never made it to my family's home. Avas flowers claimed they tried to deliver it 3 times over the weekend, but my family never received the two arrangements..... called customer service and got transfered to 6 different people. They advertise that they gaurantee thier service but they failed, then they procede to deliver the arrangements here in Albuquerque N.M. but they only delivered 1 arrangement and it was not even what was ordered! I HAVE ALREADY POSTED THIS TO INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, PINTREST AND FACEBOOK!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!! TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!!!
