My mother has Alzheimer’s. She had a special birthday party set up I pay the extra fee to have it delivered on her birthday. They told me it would be there on her birthday. I called the one 800 number and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Nobody ever called me back shame on them I demand my money back
Avasflowers - Worst Service Ever
Customer rep could hardly understand english. Our names were misspelled on greeting card. There was a hefty service charge even though it was free delivery. The arrangement was about half the amount as pictured for a “deluxe” upgrade and did not look like the picture. Don’t waste your time or money on this site.

Ordered roses several days ahead. Arrived late evening on birthday. Flowers wilting and brown around edges. Shipped replacement (good) to arrive 2 days later. Arrived wilting and brown around edges (bad). "Put them in water and they will come back ok "!!! Offered a discount but refused refund. Do not use this company.
