Ordered flowers for Valentines.. they called me and said they ran out of flowers, balloons and helium and my order would be delivered on Saturday now.. a few hours later they called and said that they would send the order out Thursday.. they sure did .. not what I ordered card was misspelled.. no balloons and half the flowers were dead.. what a dog and pony show.. I will call my bank to dispute.. when you call them they talk to you for a minute then hang up.. Total rip off

Your business is horrible. The fake "flower was delivered" message was deceiving as the flowers were never delivered. The next day we had over 5 people trying to hunt down the flowers to no avail until someone finally reached out and said it was out for delivery. You then said you will credit my daughter $10 because it was out for delivery. That is UNACCEPTABLE. She should have been given the whole REFUND due to lack of customer service, emotional stress, and the lack of quality in the arrangement when it arrived the next business day AFTER work hours. Because of your lack of morale, business ethics, and carelessness in customer support, the surprise was completely ruined with stress and anguish from myself and my daughter who ordered the arrangement. Here is the order number 1128**** should you feel the need to research and refund my daughter (who is in the Air Force should this help any with your patriotism). Please be kind and value your military's hard work and dedication in trying to support your business but failed miserably.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After reaching out several times, we were able to get them to replace the entire order.

The tiny $20 box of chocolates was stale (like the brown chocolate was turning white) but the flowers were very nice. I appreciate them making things right but I can't say we'll ever do business with them again.

This company is a scam and a ripoff, and we're so upset that we didn't look at the reviews before ordering from them. My husband purchased the Enchantment bouquet with chocolates and a card for a whopping $160.10 for our anniversary. I never received the chocolates or the card, and the flowers were not at all as pictured. The photo on their website shows the medium bouquet, and my husband payed extra for the large bouquet. The flowers I received just days ago are almost dead today, and they dont look like the photo. I received a very small bouquet with none of the pretty pink flowers pictured, and with a vase that's nothing like the picture other than being red. It's certainly NOT the beautiful, large bouquet that he was charged $89.99 for (before taxes, $9.99 for delivery, and a $25 service fee). We've called customer service twice now. The first time, they offered to only refund the chocolates that we didn't receive; nothing for the missing card or the flowers that they clearly mixed up and delivered to someone else because we did not receive what we ordered. We declined this offer and was told they'd put in a replacement order with all of the items and the correct flowers. We accepted this offer. I never received the replacement order, so I called back today. I was told a replacement order was never submitted but she assured me she was getting it submitted this time. I don't believe for a second that I'll be getting anything in 2 days as promised. I also asked for the physical address for the location that delivered to us, and to have my call escalated. Both requests were denied, and I was told that they cannot provide information on where the flowers actually came from locally. That's crazy! This is a business that refuses to provide anything beyond a phone number for a third party that takes their calls and complaints! Please do NOT order anything from this company. Based on the TONS of other 1 star reviews we've seen since ordering with them, this is just how they do business. This company clearly does not care about their customers, and they WILL rip you off. Do NOT order from Avas Flowers!

Ordered a flower arrangement for my wife on special occasion, to be delivered the next day. When it arrived the arrangement was a !/4 of the size for which I paid for. What an embarrassment! When I called to complain, the agent assured me it would be corrected and redelivered quickly. After several more call, the same size arrangement that was incorrect arrived 5 days later. It was refused, and I contacted my Credit Card co. to dispute the charge.

Please do not order from this company - SAVE THE HEADACHE - I ordered a same-day floral arrangement and paid the extra service fee. This company advertises that they are in a specific city but are not. I will NEVER order from this company again. If you need flowers delivered, NEVER purchase from this company. I live in California, and my daughter lives in Arizona. Avas Flowers did not have it on the same day, even after paying the extra fee. They will re-deliver after calling numerous times and being put on hold four times. If you need to deliver flowers to a loved one in another city, DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS. Save yourself a headache. I also was on hold for over 20 minutes. When the rep returned on the phone, she said they would schedule the re-delivery for the next day. After my daughter's birthday! Update: Today is Feb 11, and still no flowers. I cannot understand how a company can operate this way. Two days later (this morning), I received a phone call telling me the flowers would be delivered tomorrow, Feb 12. I asked for a full refund, and they said, "We can give you credit," which I will never order from Avas Flowers again. Instead, I opted for a $20 refund and hopefully delivered flowers on Feb 12.

On November 1, I ordered a bouquet of flowers, via telephone. I spoke with a women by the name of Hazel (I hope this is her correct name as she was very difficult to understand). The reason for choosing this lovely and vibrant bouquet, entitled Shes Got Style, Shes Got Grace, is that it represents very much the personality and aesthetics of the receiver. The woman on the telephone seemed to understand my request and it was easy enough referring to the website for details. So, there was definitely no conflict in our communication. She mentioned that there may be substitutes for flowers not available. I said that I understand as long as the flowers being sent resemble the flowers ordered. I invite you to compare the bouquet from your website to the one received by my friend. Not even close! In addition, the flowers dont look fresh (the roses are brownish on the outer petals, the daisies are wilting and the Alstroemerias are drooping). Of course, the overall color scheme of the bouquet turned out not to be vibrant at all, but rather drab. In addition, I expressed clearly that I needed the flowers delivered on the same day, and if that cannot be guaranteed, I will contact a different flower shop. The woman assured me delivery on the same day. She also reassured me that the bouquet will very closely resemble the bouquet that I chose on your website. The bouquet was priced $62.99 on your website. I show a credit card charge of $105.86. Does that mean that you charge $42.87 for a delivery that was not even timely? Honestly, I find that revolting. Im very disappointed with the quality of the flowers and service of your business and I am truly puzzled how the excellent reviews from previous customers align with reality. Personally, I have never experienced such a poor attempt at fulfilling a flower order.

I placed an order for the Sunshine Celebration Bouquet and paid extra (upgraded to LUXURY GRADE or large bouquet). The arrangement did arrive but did not contain one single flower that was shown in the arrangement that I paid for and chose from their website.

The first photo of the large Autumn floral bouquet was what was shown on Avas website and what I ordered.

The second photo is what was sent.

The small vase with a few flowers and greenery was most certainly not a LUXURY GRACE or large bouquet nor does it resemble what I ordered in any way, shape or form. When I called to tell them that the wrong bouquet was delivered, the customer service person said that it must be that they needed to do a substitution. Really? A substitution might be a couple of different flowers.

What was sent did NOT resemble what I ordered and paid for by any stretch of the imagination. I was told I could get a partial refund (why when YOU sent the wrong bouquet?) but that they would have to send a delivery person back to pick up the arrangement that had been delivered??? This is not how a reputable floral service would handle the matter. I told them this was not acceptable, that I wanted to speak with a manager and I held on for over 1/2 hour (while at work mind you) only to be told the same thing by the manager.

I told her since they would not refund the full amount I wanted the correct bouquet to be delivered. She said they would reach out to their floral arranger and get back to me? Again, what? I told the "manager" that I doubted I would get a call back but she insisted I would.

Guess what, no one has called me back. She also gave me an e-mail address and, surprise, no one responded to my e-mail. It has been over a month and I have not heard back from them and cannot waste any more of my time calling them to get nowhere. I am currently working with my credit card company to have this charge removed.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM AVAS FLOWERS. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered the she's got style floral arrangement AS SHOWN for my dear friend who was able to ring the bell of completing her chemo. What was received was pathetic and nowhere near the size shown or what i paid for. Spent over $100 for these total including delivery. Embarrassing that my friend thought this is what I bought for her.

I purchased an arrangement for a specific date, 3/11/24. I had no idea the flowers had not been delivered, and wondered why I had not received a thank you. It turns out that the arrangement was not delivered. I left an online message of non-delivery, and no reply. Called and was told it showed they had been delivered. I said they had not. The rep said she would request a proof of delivery from the flower shop. That didn't happen. In addition, they called the business where the flowers were to be delivered, and the office manager said no delivery, as well as the recipient who said no delivery. They offered redelivery, today 3/13/24, two days later with a refund of $19 on the $75 purchase. I said no, this is a contract for a specific delivery date, that did not happen, but Ava's was easily able to take the money via Visa. I filed a dispute with my Visa carrier who issued a reimbursement and reached out to Ava's. The reimbursement is temporary pending receipt from Ava's of proof of delivery. If no receipt then reimbursement becomes permanent. Ava's then offered a full refund, but no re-delivery. Perfect...I will request the dispute via Visa be lifted WHEN I see the refund deposited back to my Visa account. I would never deal with this organization again. As for me, I too, should have read the reviews first, and would have seen the myriad of negative reviews...many very similar to mine.

Early morning I placed an order for a flower delivery - they advertised same day delivery on their website for Valentine's Day. I received a text 12 hours later (!) that my order was confirmed and it would be delivered sometime between 2/14-16. That is unacceptable, especially since they are advertising same day delivery - totally misleading consumers. You cannot reach any live person on the phone, email, chat. They also offer free delivery, but charge almost $30 for a service fee. My daughter still has not received these flowers and I've been requesting a cancelation, but cannot reach anyone.

They will not answer phone, have not found a way to communicate with them, other than through their prompts, which tell them nothing. Says I cannot cancel, really they broke contract not deluvering.

I ordered a large basket they said be cheese n other like a pepperoni partial all there was six peices fruit n 3 were bad she threw away the rest cause had soft spots n one so bad it ruined rest with mold n the pic of Ava's was a large basket i got a small n paid over 130 for a total disgrace .I'll never ever use that nasty service again warning stay away

The customer service is automated and the modify order doesnt work and whats worse is that all the reviews have the same problem, im guessing I got scammed because if when I try to cancel the order Im forced to contact for help and still no one is helping me. I doubt anyone is gonna respond this Im just gonna take my Loss and buy from another store but I really suggest yall check reviews on these type of stores
