Wrong flower and wasn't fresh

Never Ordered flowers from this company. My friend send me some flowers.

For Valentine's Day and didn't receive on that date.

I received them 5 days after Valentine's Day and wasn't fresh looking they're was terrible and very dissatisfied. And my friend spend 150.00 and Customer Service was definitely Sorry

You guys never deliver my order I placed that order on the 10th to be delivered on the 14th or the 13th and never got there who I am out of money you guys are for me I cant get a hold of anybody is a terrible customer service you cant speak to a human being I tried I tried I tried I tried this is so frustrating dealing with you guys. Its my first time using you and I think it would be my last time using it.

I still havent got a refund yet.

I am waiting on that. Thank you.

Order Vs. Delivery was wrong

On Wednesday attempted to order online, the advertised price was $59 with free shipping. When I went to check out, there was an additional $25.95 "handling fee" added on, making the order with tax $99 and change.

So, I called the toll number and questioned why it was not mentioned anywhere on the website as a standard fee to be considered? The cutomer service person only said they would "give" me the managers discount of $10, making the order $85. Because I needed this done, I accepted. I ordered a purple orchid to be delivered to my fiancée, I wanted it for a Thursday delivery and was told it was still early enough to get it done, but if not was told it would be Friday.

Ok, fine. The customer service agent repeated my order correctly.
Friday morning, a white orchid was delivered. I called first thing, to report that the order was obviously incorrect, which the C.S. agent admitted to.

I asked that they send a purple orchid asap. I was told if they couldn't get it done for delivery that day, it would be Saturday and they would switch them out. I verified they had my fiancée's number and told them to call prior to delivery (since it was a switch out) to insure he would be home. No-one bothered to even call to say they would not be delivering for what ever the reason.

One would think this should have been a priority. A mistake that should be corrected asap... Today, Monday, Labor Day and still no purple orchid and of course the shop is closed.
Moral of the story, do your research. Look at reviews, which after the fact are not good for this company.

I will definitely not order from them again, nor recommend them to anyone I know.

At this point they would be wise to deliver the purple orchid and not pick up the wrong one as a gesture of true customer service. If they do not think to do this, I will absolutely make sure I sue social media to let others know about the poor and unacceptable service this company delivers.

What I thought I purchased vs what was delivered was night and day.
Photo #1 from the website, photo 2 what my poor sister received for her birthday. Customer service was not great, they tried to reach out to the flower designer and they could not reach them so my only options were to have them re-deliver new flowers and take the old ones, or a $20 refund.

After confirming that the order of flowers were not delivered to the recipient I tried contacting Avasflowers and they have no interest in resolving the issue I would advise all potential customers to run away as fast as you can!
