Fraudulent company Ordered flowers for my widowed mother on her anniversary. They were never delivered. Avast flowers said they would redeliver ( two days late) No flowers again.

PLACED AN ORDER ON 8/18 FOR FLOWERS AND PAID EXTRA FOR DELIVERY BEFORE 1PM CALLED 8/18 AT 4PM TO CANCEL ORDER – NOT DELIVERED YET.. I purchased a premium (most expensive option they have) bouquet for my mother in law's birthday. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was hideous, cheap flowers, tiny vase, and broken/cheesy shells on it. I called to tell them this was unacceptable, they said I would need to have the flowers picked up and returned for any kind of refund. I ordered flowers from Avas for my friend who had just bought a new home. Two days later I missed a call from Avas. When I called back, I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes and was told there was nothing wrong with my order. The next day a received a call from them once again. My order was never delivered. Hidden fees included in the credit card charge. You will wait a long, long time to talk to customer service. And they make promises of refunds, then never do it. I am angry when I feel cheated, ripped off, schemed on, lied to, defrauded, and the victim of wire fraud. I'm the type of guy who takes legal action. We order a plant sent to my sisterinlaw for symapthy of her mothers passing. We found out the the plant had died with in days of the delivery. We didn't find this out untill 2 months after it happened because who calls up to ask is the plant still alive after 3 days when someone has lost a family member. My birthday was July 28 and my daughter decided to use a new company for a gift of tea roses .... When the roses arrived they were gorgeous....
